Our proposal envisions the existing buildings as a canvas. ​Independent living and care gathered around its own garden heart, set back from the heritage buildings so the two can sit comfortably side by side.​ Open to the general public, with shops, restaurants and a wellness center alongside residential apartments, set within the heritage buildings and their grounds.
