deBLANCO design studio is a Sydney-based architectural practice led by Enrique Blanco de Cordova, with international experience across Europe and Australia the residential and seniors living developments, shaping the building environment with a forward-thinking approach.

"deBLANCO Design Studio has crafted a lifestyle-focused master plan in Tamworth, tailored for the Baby Boomer generation seeking affordability without compromise. The design features a mix of modern, single-level homes with access to premium shared amenities, including a community centre, wellness hub, gym, landscaped gardens, and a restaurant. This project is about creating a vibrant, supportive environment that fosters connection, wellbeing, and ease of living."

Murray River Community

Lifestyle Master Plan at Barooga, along the majestic Murray River in NSW.
"Located on the picturesque Murray River, our Barooga project is a thoughtfully planned lifestyle community of 383 homes. With a strong emphasis on accessible, high-quality design, this development includes two wellness centres, a central community hub, and generous green spaces. It's a place where affordability meets design excellence—offering residents a peaceful, active, and connected way of life in a stunning riverside setting."

AKOYA Commercial Suite

deBLANCO Design Studio delivered a refined interior fit-out for a commercial suite within the boutique Akoya development in Greenwich, NSW. The design balances elegance and functionality, combining natural textures, curated lighting, and bespoke detailing to create a calming yet professional atmosphere. Tailored for flexibility, the space supports a variety of business uses while reflecting the development’s sophisticated coastal-inspired aesthetic.

VIBE HOTEL - Extension

deBLANCO Design Studio was commissioned to design a thoughtful extension to a private residence adjacent to the Vibe Hotel in Dural, NSW. The project enhances the home’s spatial flow and functionality, introducing new living areas that open to the landscape while maintaining the original character of the house. Natural materials, soft transitions, and generous glazing create a warm, light-filled sanctuary that balances privacy with a sense of openness and connection to the surrounding bushland.

Coastal Retreat Concept Minnamurra

deBLANCO Design Studio has designed a seniors living community in coastal NSW that prioritises comfort, independence, and social connection. The master plan includes a collection of well-appointed homes arranged around vibrant communal areas, including a wellness centre, community hub, landscaped gardens, and shared dining spaces. The design blends functionality with warmth—creating an environment that supports ageing in place while fostering a strong sense of belonging and everyday enjoyment. - Coming soon

Berowra Place

Nestled within the natural bushland of Berowra, this house extension by deBLANCO Design Studio reimagines family living through light, flow, and connection to landscape. The design adds generous living spaces and a master suite while opening the home to surrounding views and natural light. Material choices were guided by texture and warmth, creating a seamless transition between old and new, and a timeless retreat that responds to its unique setting.

Enrique Blanco de Cordova is the founder of deBlanco design studio. His award-winning and extensive professional journey spans across various sectors, including public developments and private projects. Enrique’s global experience, with a footprint in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, equips him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the ability to deliver innovative and client-focused solutions.

Before establishing deBLANCO design studio, Enrique has directed a multitude of successful projects in the later living, residential, and mixed-use sectors working in local practices.
